Storyline

A documentary about technological innovations that were supposed to improve our lives and be widely available to the mass market soon after the year 2000. Most inventions and ideas were outstanding. However, now that 2000 has passed even the concepts in the earliest shows appear just as futuristic and seem just as unlikely to be in consumer use in the near future as they did during the 1980s.
