Storyline

One of horticulturist Monty Don's passions is working with enthusiasts throughout Britain to help them create the gardens of their dreams. After listening to their plans, Don gives the gardeners advice before rolling up his sleeves to get involved and help with the actual gardening. Not everything that the gardeners want is equal, however, as creating what some want in their gardens is not easy and may be nothing more than a pipe dream. Some obstacles Don faces on his garden transformations include bad weather, small budgets and people who don't always listen to his advice.
