Mary Berry is back in all of her baking glory in this heartwarming and entertaining series that shines a light on some of Britain's most extraordinary home cooks. Together with chef Dan Doherty and produce expert Chris Bavin, the trio will be selecting themes of increasing difficulty over the course of eight episodes, designed to test everything our home cooks have brought to the kitchen - including their flair, skill, and creativity when it comes to cooking. Each week contestants will have to battle through three stages: preparing a meal considered a home favourite, creating a dish around a single ingredient, and trying their best to survive the dreaded elimination round.
