About this title

Storyline

In Savage, Juba (André Bankoff) is a pure and naïve young man who was raised in contact with the exuberant nature of the Pantanal, in Brazil. He had never traveled to the city, because he had always lived close to nature. He is very intelligent, even though he never went to school. His knowlegde comes from the years living in the farm and in the jungle being in close contact with the indians. But a tragedy will make him leave his beloved land and take him to an adventure which will change his life. Juba will go to Rio de Janeiro for justice to be served due to the murder of his father, Fernando (Jairo Mattos). His adventure begins when he meets Cecília (Renata Dominguez), a dedicated medicine student. Both have so much in common, including the same enemy, a man called Ramalho (Jonas Bloch), responsible for his father's murder.
