Storyline
"Lone Target" puts a new twist on the reality TV survival show genre, pitting former Navy SEAL Joel Lambert against the world's most elite military and law enforcement tracking teams in a real game of cat and mouse. Dropped at a secret starting point in each episode, Lambert gets a small head start to evade capture by a highly specialized military or law enforcement tracking team and reach a designated end point in less than two days. Lambert uses diversionary tactics and survival techniques gained from his 10 years of duty as a Navy SEAL, and he is afforded a basic survival kit and a canteen of water.
