Storyline

A prime time, original, 13-part televised film festival of socially-provocative documentaries, shorts and independent feature films broadcast on the RTK in the spring of 2003. The Outside The Framework team consists of the Prishtina-based production company, Crossing Bridges and the Albanian-based film company, i's continuum.
