I'm going viral: a social experiment and talent show around social media and content creators. In the documentary series I'm going viral 4 talented personalities who dream of tens of thousands of followers get the chance to break through online as digital creators. In today's billion-dollar social media business, there is an unprecedented drive to excel on platforms such as TikTok, Youtube and Instagram. In the social experiment I'm going viral four strangers take on the following challenge: start a new account and break through within just 6 months with as many as 100.000 followers and create viral content with a minimum of 1 million views per post. Who has the right mix of authenticity, creativity, perseverance and knows how to put themselves in the spotlight with a large following? The documentary series offers a unique look at the challenges and successes faced by these young creators. It will be a process of trial and error. Whose dreams will eventually have to be put on the shelf, and who is at the beginning of an illustrious career?
