What happens when you enter a steaming hot sauna? The heat makes you relax, endorphins swirl around in your body. You are calm and feel happy. It's true, scientist say, sauna is good for you. So what if you go on a date in a sauna? Why stop there? What if you go on a date with three people, in a sauna. You can feel blushed and emotionally undressed on a first date, but what if you actually are. We have placed four singles in a sauna for an extra hot date. We've set one Super-dater up with three singles. Once they're in the sauna, we'll help them along by dividing the date into three rounds. In each round there will be challenges for them like question cards and physical tasks, and for each round building tension and getting hotter. All in the hopes that they'll get to know each other a bit more and all whilst the heat does its magic. After the rounds, it's time to make a decision; the Superdater will have to choose who she or he will keep. And the chosen single must also make a choice to go on or not. Dating can be hard, but we have tried to soften the experience by adding an element that should help them relax, the sauna. The contestants does not have to dress up, or come up with small talk. You don't have to make your hair, or swipe in any direction. You just need to show up, have a good time and be yourself. This will be the hottest date you've ever been on.
